WAV SYDNEY PTY LTD Refund & Cancellation Policy This refund & cancellation policy is adopted by all clients of WAV Sydney and will apply to all Maxi Taxis/mini cabs as arranged on the customers’ behalf through WAV SYDNEY PTY LTD All cancellations allowed before 10 Hours pickup time. If any cancellation made prior to vehicle despatch and with in 10 hours of pickup time then no refund will be allotted.
All refunds must be requested within 7 days of the original booking date. Refunds to credit/debit cards can only be refunded to the original card used. Refunds made by cheque can only be made out to the customer who made the original booking.
